 With more than 25 years of nursing experience, David McCombs has dedicated his career to caring for others. But his passion for becoming a provider is also personal. Having once been the patient who felt unheard, David became a Family Nurse Practitioner with a simple purpose: to listen to the patients who feel like no one else will.

Since becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018, David has focused on family medicine, physical medicine, advanced injection therapies, wellness, and aesthetics. He believes great healthcare starts with listening, understanding the whole person, and treating every patient with the same compassion he would want for his own family.

When he’s not caring for patients, David enjoys spending time with his family, shopping, decorating, and volunteering at his church.

McKenzie's journey in healthcare began six years ago as a receptionist, where she discovered her passion for caring for others. She continued to grow from a Medical Assistant to a Registered Nurse, gaining valuable experience along the way. Her ultimate goal is to become an APRN and provide the same compassionate, personalized care she has watched her dad give his patients. 

When she's not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She also loves to help out at her church and spend all her money on her nieces and nephews.

 Riley is a passionate esthetician and medical assistant who truly loves what she does. She has been an esthetician for four years and a medical assistant for the past year, allowing her to combine her love for beauty, wellness, and caring for others.

She takes pride in helping people look and feel their very best. Whether she’s helping a client feel more confident in their skin or providing compassionate care to her patients, she loves making a positive difference in people’s lives.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, making memories with her husband, and hanging out with her two dogs. She’s happiest when she’s surrounded by the people and animals she loves and enjoying a little time outside!
